Please describe her duties and working hours from Monday to Friday: (please note that au pairs should have most weekends free to catch up with other au pairs and avoid homesick) Father is shift worker so sometimes not available weekended then I need an extra hand from au-pair, and she/he gets weekday/s off on the following week as compensation.

Main duties: Accompany the kids while playing, make friends with them and look after them to make sure they do not eat dirts or nose boogies 😀

Would you let the au pair to study some hours during the day to improve her English? Sure, would encourage, while children at school then au pair has her/his own time
Any additional incentives: for example holidays, use of car, paid phone calls, help with travel fares and college fees, local activities and places of interest.
